GUIDELINES TO PRESENTERS

The FRCC favors an informal setting and will provide all participants an opportunity to address the Council. In order to ensure an effective use of time available at consultations, Council is suggesting the following guidelines for participation and presentation made at consultations.

When making an intervention:

  • Wait for the Chair to give you the floor
  • Introduce yourself
  • Be brief and respect views of others
  • Avoid comments during presentations by other participants

Presentation of briefs:

  • Presentations should be short (suggested maximum length of 15 minutes)
  • Summarize main points and address the Council at all times
  • Choose only one location to present your brief
  • Provide the Chair with a copy of your brief before starting your presentation.

Please note that all briefs will be posted on the FRCC website.
