Halifax, N.S. – The Fisheries Resource Conservation Council (FRCC) released today to the Honourable Keith Ashfield, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, its report entitled, Towards Recovered and Sustainable Groundfish Fisheries in Eastern Canada.
